OSHA #503 Update for General Industry Outreach Trainers

 

This is a two and a half day trainer update course for current OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainers. To stay current, this course must be completed every four years. Click here to go to the course information page for additional details and grace periods.


To register for this course applicants must send proof of completion of an OSHA 501 course by email to oshaed@asu.edu. Once we have verified that the prerequisites have been met we will send you a registration code that will allow you to proceed with the online registration process.

 

The registration fee for this course includes various handout materials, and electronic copies of selected presentation materials. The course is delivered in person using a combination of lectures, audio/visual presentations, group workshops, and hands-on demonstrations. Participants must bring a laptop computer that can create presentations as part of the class activities. 


Class Schedule: 


Day 1: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Day 2: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Day 3: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM 


Prerequisites: Proof of current status as a General Industry Authorized Outreach Trainer

Location: Alternative Delivery - Zoom - Please review the participant guide before registering for the course to ensure you have the appropriate set up for the course. 


Please note - this class is being delivered via Zoom in an online video conference platform. Registration is open to participants who reside and/or work in the San Francisco Region (Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington).


This course is conducted entirely in English, the use of external translation services, apps, or AI-powered translators is strictly prohibited during class sessions and assessments.
